Celebrating Short Stories at The New York Society Library

Sallie will be reading with Yiyun Li, a judge in this year’s PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize (to a fiction writer whose debut work, published in 2010, represents distinguished literary achievement and suggests great promise).

They will be introduced by Brigid Hughes, Founding Editor of A Public Space and winner of the 2011 PEN/Nora Magid Award (to a magazine editor whose high literary standards and taste have contributed significantly to the excellence of the publication he or she edits).
