DESCRIPTION:Update: A summary of the event and the full text of my speech is now available. \nI am honored to be the featured speaker for the annual Wilma Grote Symposium for the Advancement of Women.  The theme this year is “Moving to the Front.” \nAhead of my talk\, there will be a student poster competition on this topic from 3-4pm.  After my talk I will do a Q&A session\, and a book signing.
